Cultural exchange/fusion has always been a point of interest to me, which manifests itself most with my work in choreography and dance. With experience in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Modern, Flamenco, Bomba, Salsa, Urban, Jazz-Funk, and some of the many sub-genres of Hip-Hop, the exposure to different cultures is evident. Being born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to then move to New York City to major in Drama and minor in Dance at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts has set me up for just that.
